What’s the difference between brown sugar and raw cane sugar?

Brown sugar is a product of adding molasses and other components, giving a deep and strong flavour. Raw cane sugar is just that, raw. It comes from the sugar cane in a dark, golden colour naturally unprocessed.

Why is the sugar so dark?

The colour of the raw cane sugar is due to its natural form. Without striping, the sugar of its natural qualities.

Is the raw cane sugar clean?

Absolutely! The cane sugar is refined and cleaned, but because of our process, it is not stripped of its natural components in the process.

How can you control the sugar colour?

We have the control due to retaining and controlling more of the natural components other processing companies take away from the product.
